Leadership
Director. Gary Bulley is the director of P2P. Gary graduated from Golden Gate Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary). He planted churches in Northern California before becoming a Church Planting Strategist for the Home Mission Board (now the North American Mission Board). He served as co-director of the Nehemiah Project through the North American Mission Board. In this role, Gary collaborated with dozens of seminaries and Bible institutes to train young leaders who would plant thousands of new churches. Gary has been an adjunct professor at Mid-America Seminary, New Orleans Theological Seminary, and Golden Gate Theological Seminary. He brings 40 years of pastoral and missionary experience to the team.
Coordinador para Latinoamérica . Eduvigis Nerio López. Ed is a former pastor and evangelist in El Salvador. He is currently the Executive Director of Missions For Christ, a national ministry organization in Central America whose mission is to strengthen churches and pastors of all denominations. Ed and his organization facilitate ministry opportunities in Central and South America.
Coordinador Nacional para Perú.Julio Rojas Flores, Julio is a retired pastor of the largest evangelical church in Ayacucho, the central city of the northern Peruvian Andes. He is respected as the leading spiritual leader among Andean evangelicals. He hosts a radio program that reaches the entire region through multiple stations. Julio holds a doctorate in cultural anthropology. He translates our courses from Spanish into Quechua and teaches in Quechua in several locations.
Coordinador Africano. Tamba Lebbie, Lebbie graduated from the Evangelical School of Theology in Freetown, Sierra Leone, with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and a Master’s in Global Leadership. He is the African leader of SLIMS (Sierra Leone International Mission School). He founded the First Baptist Church of Waterloo and served as its pastor for more than 30 years. Under his leadership, the church planted many congregations, resulting in a kingdom movement that eventually grew to more than 100 churches. Lebbie seeks to expand his ministry by training leaders.

Junta Directiva
Shaun Callahan – Shaun is the president and owner of Georgia Valve and Fitting Co., Inc., a provider of fluid system solutions with operations in Georgia, South Carolina, and Northeast Florida. He is a member of Living Stones Church in Cumming. Shaun serves on the boards of the Forsyth County Family YMCA and Church Multiplication Ministries (CMM). He has a strong interest in the global growth of the church and has participated in missions in Cuba, Uganda, and Puerto Rico. He and his wife, Kathy, to whom he has been married for 34 years, have three children and two grandchildren.
Ray Dotson – Ray Dotson is the president of Prestwick Construction Company, LLC, a general contractor that builds multifamily apartments and is licensed in seven states. With a heart devoted to the Lord, Ray has served in children’s ministry and has traveled regularly for more than 10 years to the Nueva Vida Children’s Home in Peru. Ray has also been involved in the prison ministry of FCA in Northeast Georgia and has supported SRV since its beginning.
Jim Goodloe – Jim Goodloe is Senior Vice President of the Tennessee Hospital Association. Jim has served as Chief Operating Officer in two hospitals and as Vice President of Administration at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He received the Regent’s Award for Senior Healthcare Executives in 2009. Jim has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Operation Andrew Group in Nashville and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Family Policy Alliance. He is a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church, where he serves as a Decision Counselor, Deacon, Personnel Committee member, and Sunday School teacher. Jim has been married to Debbie for more than thirty years. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.
Brett Johnson – Brett is the founder and president of Vertical Earth, a civil construction company with operations in the Southeast. He is a member of Mountain Lake Church in Cumming, Georgia, and his passion is to reach souls locally and globally with the Gospel. Brett also chairs the FCA board for Forsyth and Dawson counties in Georgia. He looks forward to sharing his passion, experience, and knowledge with P2P.
David Rapson – David is Senior Vice President of Retail Lending at Crescent Mortgage. He has held leadership positions in FCA, Rotary, and the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. His passion for missions is reflected in his numerous short-term trips to Brazil and the Dominican Republic. He is married to Debbie and has two sons, Shane and Brandon.
