Leadership

Director – Gary Bulley is the Director of P2P. Gary is a graduate of Golden Gate Theological Seminary (Now Gateway Seminary). Gary planted churches in northern California prior to becoming a Church Planter Strategist for the Home Mission Board (Now North American Mission Board). He is the former Co-Director of the Nehemiah Project through the North American Mission Board. In this role, Gary worked with dozens of seminaries and Bible Colleges to train young men to start thousands of new churches. Gary has taught as an adjunct professor at Mid America Seminary, New Orleans Theological Seminary, and Golden Gate Theological Seminary. Gary brings 35 years of pastoral and missionary experience to the team.

Training Strategist – Scott Bosier is a Training Strategist with P2P. He holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Truett McConnell University and a Master’s Degree in Music from DePaul University. He was Senior Pastor of Shoal Creek Baptist Church for 10 years and has been training pastors and leaders with P2P since it was founded. He now works full time with P2P, training and equipping pastors and leaders around the world, as well as recruiting and training pastors to go and teach. Scott brings over 30 years of pastoral and ministry experience to the team.

National Coordinator for El Salvador, Eduvigis Nerio Lopez – Ed is a former pastor and evangelist in El Salvador. He is currently the Executive Director of Missiones Para Cristo, a national ministry organization in Central America whose mission is to strengthen churches and pastors of all denominations. Ed and his organization facilitate ministry opportunities throughout Central and South America.

National Coordinator for Honduras, Luis Vega – Luis is the Latin American director for Siloam International. Luis is also our coordinator for our upcoming Columbian partnership.

National Coordinator for Peru, Julio Rojas Flores – Julio is a retired pastor of the largest evangelical church in Ayacucho, the central city in the Northern Peruvian Andes. He is respected as the primary spiritual leader for Evangelicals in the Andes. He has a radio program that reaches the entire area on multiple stations. Julio has a PhD in cultural anthropology. Julio translates our courses from Spanish to Quechua, and teaches multiple locations in Quechua.

These men have graciously given their time and energy to assist in teaching and developing of materials, often multiple times each year. Their passion and commitment have been essential in allowing this ministry to grow. Without them, we would not have been able to complete a single school.

Board of Directors

Shaun Callahan – Shaun is the President and Owner of Georgia Valve and Fitting Co., Inc., an industrial fluid system solutions provider covering Georgia, South Carolina, and Northeastern Florida. He is a member of Living Stones Church in Cumming. Shaun serves on the boards of the Forsyth County Family YMCA and Church Multiplication Ministries (CMM). He has a heart for global church growth and has been on mission to Cuba, Uganda, and Puerto Rico. He and his wife of 34 years, Kathy, have three children and two grandchildren.

Ray Dotson – Ray Dotson is the President of Prestwick Construction Company, LLC, a General Contractor that builds Multifamily Apartments and is licensed is seven states. With a heart for the Lord, Ray has served in children’s ministry and has made regular trips for over 10 years to New Life Children’s Home in Peru. Ray has also been a part of the Northeast Georgia FCA prison ministry and has been a supporter of SRV since that ministry’s inception.

Jim Goodloe – Jim Goodloe is Senior Vice-President of the Tennessee Hospital Association. Jim has served as the Chief Operating Officer at two hospitals, as vice-president of administration at Baptist Hospital, Nashville, TN. Jim received the Regent’s Award for Senior Healthcare Executives in 2009. Jim has been on the Board and Executive Committee of The Operation Andrew Group in Nashville and is currently Vice-Chairman of the board of Family Policy Alliance. Jim is a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church where he serves as a Decision Counselor, a Deacon, a member of the Personnel Committee, and as a Sunday School teacher. Jim has been married to Debbie for over thirty years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.

Brett Johnson – Brett is the founder and President of Vertical Earth, a civil construction firm contracting in the Southeast. Brett is a member of Mountain Lake Church in Cumming, Georgia and has a heart to reach souls locally and globally with the Gospel. Brett is also the FCA board chairman for Forsyth and Dawson counties in Georgia. He looks forward to sharing his passion, experience, and expertise with P2P.

David Rapson – David is Senior Vice President of retail lending for Crescent Mortgage. David has served in leadership roles with FCA, Rotary, and the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. David’s heart for missions is revealed by many short-term trips to Brazil and the Dominican Republic. David is married to Debbie and has two children: Shane and Brandon.
