Our Mission
We exist to provide biblical training for pastors and church leaders who do not otherwise have access to it.
- We desire to encourage and equip pastors to lead spiritually vibrant churches in pursuit of excellence in righteousness and kingdom living.
- We desire to encourage and equip pastors to lead spiritually vibrant churches that are grounded in biblical doctrine (orthodoxy), biblical practice (orthopraxy), and a biblical spirit (orthopathy).
- We desire to encourage and equip pastors to train others to be pastors and spiritual leaders.
To accomplish this incredible task, we equip and empower pastors and church leaders (US and international) to train pastors where training is needed. Thus, we are not a sending agency; we are a resource agency. We provide the process, materials, coaching, and relationships. Each training network is a partnership between the training pastors and those receiving the training. The National Coordinators administer the teaching and are responsible for the school in a given location.
